These terms govern your use of meridianbridgeinvest.com and the services offered through it.

Who we are. This website is operated by Amogh Jayaraj Rau, trading as MeridianBridge Invest, a sole proprietorship registered in Austria. Contact and registration details are in our Imprint.

What the service is. MeridianBridge Invest finds early-stage software and IT founders, meets them, and prepares factual profiles. A curated selection of these profiles is shared with subscribing investors on a periodic basis, for example monthly. Investors pay a subscription, arranged directly with us. Founders are not charged.

What the service is not — please read carefully. MeridianBridge Invest is not an investment firm, investment adviser, broker, fund or financial intermediary, and is not licensed or supervised as such by the Austrian Financial Market Authority or any other regulator. The profiles we prepare are factual only; they contain no investment advice, recommendation or valuation, and no opinion on whether any founder or venture is worth investing in. We do not mediate, facilitate, process or take any part in any financial transaction, negotiation or agreement between an investor and a founder, and we take no share of any investment. Nothing on this website or in any profile is an offer of, or a solicitation to buy or sell, any security or financial instrument.

For founders. Taking part is free. You keep all rights in everything you share with us; nothing here transfers any intellectual property to us or grants any licence beyond preparing and sharing your factual profile as you have consented. Your information must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it, including that doing so breaches no obligation you owe to any employer, co-founder or existing investor. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@meridianbridgeinvest.com; withdrawal stops any further sharing but cannot undo a disclosure already lawfully made.

For investors. Profiles are provided for your information only, in good faith, without any warranty as to their accuracy or completeness, since much of the content comes from the founder. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and your own due diligence. Any contact, dealing or investment between you and a founder is entirely at your own risk and is a matter solely between you and that founder; MeridianBridge Invest is not a party to it and bears no responsibility or liability for it. Profiles are confidential to you as a subscriber and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

Liability. We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for personal injury. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent Austrian law permits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Website content. The content of this site is provided for general information and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The MeridianBridge Invest name, logo and site content are protected and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we accept no responsibility for their content.

Governing law. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The competent court in Linz has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings.

Changes. The version of these terms published here when you use the site is the version that applies.
